### The local consequence

The SolarWise Own The Sun AG is a Swiss platform that lets a single person become the verified, legal owner of an individual solar panel inside a real, producing solar farm. Each panel is matched to a Digital Twin, a tamper-proof digital record that ties the physical asset to its owner. When the farm produces electricity and sells it to the grid, the revenue tied to that specific panel flows back to the panel's owner on a regular cycle.

#### What is being solved

The renewable energy market is one of the fastest growing sectors in the world, but direct ownership of producing solar assets has been almost entirely restricted to institutional buyers, large funds, and homeowners who can afford rooftop systems. For most people, there is no clean, legal, accessible way to own a piece of a real solar farm. The SolarWise Own The Sun AG was built to close that gap.

#### How it works

Every solar farm on the platform is fully pre-financed before any ownership is offered. Once a farm is built and producing, individual panels are made available for ownership through their Digital Twins. Buyers complete identity verification, choose the panels they want, and become the legal owners of those physical panels under Swiss law. Distributions from electricity sales arrive in their account on a regular cycle.

A peer-to-peer marketplace lets owners list and resell their panels to other verified users.

#### What makes this different

* Panels are built and producing before any ownership is offered. Buyers do not fund construction or take on build risk.
* Each Digital Twin maps to one specific physical panel, not a fund, a basket, or a share of pooled revenue.
* The company is registered in Switzerland and operates under one of the most respected financial regulatory frameworks in Europe.
* The platform separates the role of farm operator from the role of platform, which keeps each side focused and lets the system scale beyond our own farms.

#### Where we are today

The SolarWise Own The Sun AG runs four solar farms, all built and producing electricity. The company is registered in Switzerland, has a completed FINMA No-Action Letter, and is fully registered with a recognized Swiss Self-Regulatory Organization, such as Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers (ARIF).

A separate Home Solar feature lets homeowners with their own rooftop solar installations submit their daily production data and receive a weekly sustainability bonus in B3TR through our partnership with VeChain and the VeBetterDAO.

#### The platform model

The SolarWise Own The Sun AG is a platform, not a producer. The solar farms themselves are the issuers of panel ownership and the operators of the physical infrastructure. We provide the technology, the marketplace, the identity and payout systems, and the legal framework that makes direct online ownership of solar panels possible. This separation lets each side focus on what it does best and allows the platform to scale beyond our own farms over time.

#### Team and partners

The company was founded in 2024 by Ronnie Müller, who leads strategy and operations, and is supported by Federico Rodes, the company's lead full stack developer who handles platform engineering end to end. The team is intentionally small and focused on building and running the platform.

The SolarWise Own The Sun AG operates with the support of the VeChain Foundation, which provided an early grant to develop the platform, and the VeBetterDAO, an official partner of both the UFC and the ATP, which underpins the Home Solar sustainability programme.

#### Looking ahead

The next phase of growth centres on three priorities: expanding the number of farms available on the platform, onboarding external solar operators as partners so the model scales beyond our own infrastructure, and continuing to develop the Home Solar feature so homeowners with rooftop systems can take part in the same ecosystem. Brazil and Switzerland remain our core operational regions.

#### Compliance

Identity verification is mandatory before any panel is purchased. Partner farms undergo their own onboarding checks. Transactions are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. The SRO framework includes a commitment to annual audits as part of the company's ongoing compliance obligations.

#### Important notes

Digital Twins represent legal ownership of a physical solar panel. They are not financial securities and do not entitle the holder to any guaranteed return. Past distributions are not indicative of future distributions. Energy production depends on weather, equipment performance, maintenance, electricity market prices, and other variables outside the company's control.

This document is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or solicitation to purchase a Digital Twin in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
